The Century Hills project was declared State Significant Development by the Minister for Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure in February 2025.
Following the declaration, Capital Corporation began the preparation of two State Significant Development application and concurrent planning proposals to realise the Century Hills vision:
SSDA no 1
Century Hills – Hills CLC
• Concept plan for 2 Century Circuit mapping out the stagedredevelopment of the site as a mixed use precinct, retaining the Hills CLC Convention Centre
• Stage 1 proposal for the first 500 dwellings across two mixed use buildings, new open space and associated infrastructure upgrades

Century Hills – Century Estate
• Concept plan for 2-12 Inglewood Place mapping out the staged redevelopment of the site as a mixed use precinct, retaining the existing commercial buildings fronting Norwest Boulevard
Masterplan
The Century Hills Masterplan delivers a diverse, mixed-use precinct that responds to housing demand while supporting a growing community. It includes new residential development, with 10% affordable housing, integrated alongside commercial and retail uses in a highly accessible location near Norwest Metro Station. The plan reimagines an underutilised site within Norwest Strategic Centre, providing well-located homes close to jobs, services, and infrastructure. It also introduces new public open space, active retail areas, and landscaped environments, creating a vibrant, walkable neighbourhood that supports local living, reduces car dependence, and enhances community wellbeing.
