location
The Hills Christian Life Centre and Century Estate sites are strategically located within Sydney’s north-west growth corridor, a key employment and commercial hub. Positioned approximately 400 metres and 800 metres from Norwest Metro Station, the sites offer access to high-frequency public transport within walking distance. Centrally located in Norwest Business Park, they are close to established retail, commercial, and employment areas, including Norwest Boulevard. This accessibility supports residents and workers, aligns with the NSW Government’s 30-minute city vision, and contributes to Norwest’s growth as a vibrant, mixed-use centre.

Our design for the Site adopts a ‘start with Country’ approach and is inspired by the place specific qualities of Country. It embeds ideas to catalyse opportunities for Aboriginal culture to flourish.

Centred on a new arrival lawn, an arc of civic, community and educational facilities create a new community focus and generous event space adjacent to the Metro Station.
