Capital Corporation was established in the early 1990s, a period of economic hardship now remembered by then-treasurer Paul Keating’s famous phrase as ‘the recession we had to have’. Since then, there have been many years of prosperity, but we’ve never relinquished the rigorous work ethic and can-do attitude that was forged in those challenging early years. An ever-growing skillset has given us the ability to offer holistic property solutions to our partners. These days, we don’t just plan and build—Capital Corporation designs, delivers, manages and markets an enviable range of residential, commercial, retail and community projects.
